Mobile & Fashion

Makenzie has become much more alert and attentive to her surroundings. Today after a diaper change, I laid her down under the mobile in her crib while I washed my hands and came back to find her intently watching the jungle animals go around in circles to the music of Beethoven. I decided to capture the moment with a picture. No worries, she does not sleep in this position!

She does also happen to be wearing one of my favorite outfits. According to a segment on the Today show this morning tie-dye is coming back and with the ruffle hem and sleeves, I do think Stacy London & Clinton Kelly (of What Not To Wear or as Dave calls it "What Not To Watch" fame) would approve!

Makenzie is starting to smile a lot when we talk to her, cries louder, sleeps longer, hates tummy-time, and is outgrowing clothes! Wow . . . she sure is keeping us busy!!
