This year we had a recycled ladybug (Brinley wearing Makenzie's costume from 2 years ago) and a sweet, scary witch fairy!
Here are two pictures of them together because they can't smile at the same time. That would be too easy, right?!
Sidenote: It was only AFTER we took the pictures that we noticed Brinley's costume was not snapped on the bottom!

We had a neighborhood gathering/potluck before trick or treating. The girls went to 7 houses, those in our cul-de-sac, before Makenzie said she was ready to go home. It took longer to get her dressed and put glitter on her face and paint a spider and curl her hair and braid her hair. You get the point. They had fun, that's what matters (and that whoever gave them Reese's peanut Butter cups were very generous . . . yummy)! Dave even got a beer at one house!
